For returns relating to December 2021’s “Buy a Full price duffle and get an item of Knitwear worth £125 free” promotion, please be aware that we will require both the Duffle coat and the Knitwear items to be returned in a saleable condition to enable a full refund for the transaction.


If only the Duffle coat item is returned, the amount credited will be the Duffle coat, less £125, to cover the value of the Knitwear item.


  1. How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and the destination of your parcel. We aim to deliver orders between 2-4 working days. 

  1. How long does it take to despatch orders?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 working days. During peak times and in other exceptional circumstances this may take longer. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

  1. I am keen to get my order as soon as possible, what do I need to do get my order next day?

Express shipment costs a little more and all we ask is that you ensure you place your order before 13.00 (Mon-Fri) so it can be delivered within the next 2 business days. This is so we can prioritise it and make sure it is packed and ready for our courier’s collection slot, any later and we won’t have time to prepare your order before they arrive. Where possible we would ask that you choose standard shipping to reduce environmental impact. We will share your telephone number and email address with our shipping partner who may contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Please note that weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. Original Montgomery are unfortunately unable to control or reimburse issues related to any of the above. But we have taken great care to work with only the best courier partners to ensure that your order makes its way to you as smoothly/quickly as possible.


  1. What do I do if something goes wrong and I have not received my parcel?

  1. How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Our courier will also confirm to you via email and/or phone that they have your order. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you, and perhaps even re-direct if you are unable to sign for it.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of £100 or more.



We will aim to deliver your item within 2-4 working days. However, delivery times could be longer dependant on stock availability. We will always endeavour to keep you informed where this is the case.


  1. Can you ship internationally?

Currently we are only able to ship to Mainland UK addresses. But we do have a German based site serving Germany and the rest of Europe, and a US site serving North America excluding Canada.

  1. What is your returns policy?

We operate a subsidised returns policy via our Returns Portal to ensure that you have access to a premium, tracked courier service that will get your returned items back to us next day in most cases thereby enabling us to get you your money back into your account with minimal delay. 

  1. Are my returns tracked and insured?

Yes, they are, all returns options on our returns portal are fully tracked service and insured. This gives you peace of mind that your returns parcel will get back to us quickly and safely.
